Customer Service Operator E-commerce

Responsibilities:

Position purpose: Accurate Orders processing from receiving to delivery, for HEIDI CHOCOLAT Online Shop     

   

· Responsible for the entire process of processing orders from the online store - from receiving the order, to delivery to the customer

·         Preparation of orders: preparation of products, printing of AWBs, packaging of packages and their delivery to couriers in a timely manner.

·         Recording orders received from customers internally

·         Relationship with clients and management of requests from them (email, phone);

·         Permanent collaboration with colleagues from other departments. Manages the process with other departments for the preparation and delivery of orders.

·         Resolving any ambiguities or redirecting them to colleagues when the situations exceed the competencies;

·         Checking the status of orders / deliveries;

·         Checking and monitoring stocks

·         Ensures the logistics and delivery of the order to the customer

Network processing and stock updating

Requirements:

·         Romanian (native) and impeccable grammar (writing, speaking)

·         English language (average)

·         Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Positive attitude, solution oriented

·         Customer oriented

·         High attention to detail and work accuracy

·         Very well organized

·         Acting and responding in a prompt and professional manner to all customers inquires
